Buyer - an individual with full legal capacity who has accepted this Agreement. 1.3. Program (Product) — software (including but not limited to: cheats, modifications, scripts, bots, autoclickers) intended to alter the gameplay of third-party video games. The Seller is not the developer or rights holder of the specified video games. 1.4. The Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive license (right to use) for the Program under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license. The Buyer undertakes to pay for this right. 2.2. The license is granted for personal non-commercial use in all countries of the world. 3. Acceptance and Conclusion of the Agreement 3.1. This Agreement is a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). 3.2. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the moment of successful withdrawal of funds from the Buyer's account in favor of the Seller when placing an order on the Platform. 3.3. By accepting, the Buyer confirms that: a) has reviewed the terms of the Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the rules of the payment system; b) understands that use of the Program may violate the End User License Agreement (EULA) of a specific video game and may result in the blocking of a game account; c) assumes 100% of the risks of account bans in video games and agrees not to make claims against the Seller. 4. Price and Payment Procedure 4.1. The cost of access to the Programs is indicated on the Platform in Russian rubles or in another currency at the exchange rate of the payment system. 4.2. Payment is made through payment agents (payment system). The Seller does not process or store the Buyer's payment data. 4.3. The Seller has the right to change prices unilaterally. The decision on a refund is made by the Seller based on its own review. The application review period is up to 14 business days. 6.3. No refund is issued if: a) the Buyer refused to comply with any of the requirements of clause 6.1; b) the problem was caused by antivirus software (the Buyer has been warned of the need to add the program to exceptions); c) the Program does not work due to an update to the target video game (the Seller requires time to adapt); d) "does not work" means "I am not satisfied with the speed, features, or result" — this is not a technical malfunction; e) the Buyer was banned in a video game due to the use of the program. 6.4. A refund for a digital product of proper quality, if the Buyer simply changed their mind about using it, is not provided in accordance with Part 9 of Article 26.1 of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection" and clause 13 of the List of Goods Not Subject to Return (Government Resolution No. 2463). 6.5. In the event of a refund, the Seller withholds the actual costs incurred for the payment system commission. 7. Technical Support 7.1. Support includes: answers to questions about installation and configuration of the Program; remote diagnostics (via AnyDesk or TeamViewer) at the Buyer's request; assistance with configuring the program without the Buyer's participation (if desired). 7.3. Support does not include: solving problems caused by the Buyer's own actions (installation of questionable software, modification of system files, viruses); teaching the Buyer how to use a computer (basic Windows OS skills); recovery of banned game accounts; adaptation of the program after updates to the target game (adaptation timeframes are not guaranteed). 7.4. Support response time is up to 24 hours on business days. The Seller does not guarantee an instant response. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties (AS IS) 8.1. The Program is provided on an "as is" basis. The Seller does not guarantee: a) compatibility of the Program with the Buyer's specific hardware, operating system version, video game version, or its updates; b) the absence of errors, viruses (trojans), failures, or other defects. The Buyer independently ensures antivirus protection for their device; c) that use of the Program will not result in blocking, bans, or other sanctions by video game developers. 9. Liability of the Parties 9.1. The Seller's total liability to the Buyer on any grounds is limited to the cost of the paid Program. 9.2. Lost profits, moral damages, the cost of banned game accounts, the cost of in-game property, and the costs of restoring access to accounts are not subject to compensation. 9.3. The Seller is not liable for the actions of payment systems, hosting providers, government authorities, or video game developers. 10. Seller Identification 10.1. The Seller has a personal WebMoney certificate. The presence of the certificate is not a guarantee of the quality or functionality of the Program (the terms of Section 8 take precedence). 10.2. The Buyer may verify the certificate in the WebMoney registry upon request. 11. Miscellaneous 11.1.
