Follow the steps in order. BLEAK draws its menu and ESP through the Discord overlay: if the overlay is off or Discord is running without admin rights, the menu won't appear.
Step 1: Prepare your system
1. Uninstall third-party antivirus and anti-cheat software (FaceIT, Vanguard, 360, Avast, etc.) — mandatory.
2. Disable Windows Defender, VBS and Core Isolation.
You don't need to disable Secure Boot or TPM in BIOS: BLEAK works with Secure Boot on, on any BIOS and any disk type.

Step 2: Discord
1. Install Discord: discord.com/download
2. After installing, close Discord and run it as administrator, then log in to your account. Keep running it as administrator every time from now on.

Step 3: Game overlay
Open Discord settings → "Game Overlay" and set everything as shown in the screenshots: overlay on, interactive overlay areas on. Make sure the overlay is enabled for PUBG too.
Step 4: Launch
1. Download the loader: undetect.net/loader_bleak
2. Make sure Discord is running.
3. Run the loader as administrator (on every later launch too), wait for it to load, enter your key and click Inject.

Step 5: In-game menu
1. In the game's main menu, make sure the overlay is active: a Discord badge will appear in the top-left corner. You don't need to open Discord to check every time — the badge is enough.
2. Press F4 and wait 5–10 seconds — the menu will start on its own.

If something won't launch
It's usually one of three things: Discord isn't running as administrator, the game overlay is off, or Windows Defender, VBS or Core Isolation is still on.
