About Extreme for SA-MP
Extreme's large menu for SA:MP is divided into shooting, visuals, character, vehicles and utilities. The developer also claims compatibility with Criminal Russia Multiplayer.
The aimbot aims smoothly and pauses after a kill. Silent Aim hits with a set chance and shoots through walls, while the damager registers damage on targets within a set distance. ESP draws 2D and 3D boxes, skeletons, nicknames, cars and pickups, and there is a 2D radar. Your character gets AirBreak, ClickWarp, invisibility and infinite sprint; cars get repair, speed boost and driving on water.
Requires gta_sa.exe US 1.0 and client 0.3.7 R1–R4 or 0.3.DL; any window mode works, and the cheat runs stably on official Windows 10/11 x64. Protection against serial bans: built-in spoofing of the client serial number and the anti-cheat identifier.
