Launching MASON for Fortnite: preparing Windows, downloading the loader with your key (CIS and EU), restart, flash drive, the Home menu and error fixes.
Instructions
Follow the steps in order. The MASON loader is downloaded with your key and asks for a restart after the first launch; after that, the cheat is turned on in the Fortnite main menu with the Home key.
What you need to launch
1. Windows 10 or 11 x64, builds 2004–26H1.
2. Intel or AMD CPU, NVIDIA or AMD graphics card.
3. Fortnite from Epic Games, windowed or windowed fullscreen mode.
4. A USB flash drive. There is no built-in spoofer.

Uninstall antivirus software and other anti-cheats
1. Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps and uninstall any third-party antivirus (Kaspersky, Avast, AVG, ESET, 360, Malwarebytes, etc.). Pausing it doesn't help: the antivirus driver stays in the system.
2. Uninstall the anti-cheats FACEIT AC and Riot Vanguard, if installed: they block loading at kernel level.

Fully disable Windows Defender
1. Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings. First turn off Tamper Protection, then real-time protection, cloud-delivered protection and automatic sample submission.
2. In the App & browser control → Reputation-based protection section, turn off all options, including SmartScreen.
3. In Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), on the Startup tab, disable Windows Security notification icon.
4. Restart your computer — otherwise some Defender services will start again.
5. If Defender still turns back on, disable it with the free utility Defender Control (run it as administrator, Disable Windows Defender button).

Disable Secure Boot
1. Press Win + R, type msinfo32 and find the "Secure Boot State" line. If it says "Off" or "Unsupported", skip this step.
2. If it says "On", enter BIOS (Del, F2 or F10 when the PC starts) and in the Boot or Security section switch Secure Boot to Disabled, save (usually F10) and restart.

Sync the time
1. Open Settings → Time & Language → Date & time.
2. Turn on automatic time and time zone and click Sync now. A wrong time breaks key activation.

Launch
1. Launch the game, set the window mode to "Windowed Fullscreen" and close it.
2. Download the loader: mason.orion-security.su/launcher (CIS) or mason.orion-security.pro/launcher (EU and Ukraine), and enter the key you received after payment.
3. Move the loader to a flash drive, run it as administrator, select the game and click "Launch".
4. Wait for the checkmark — the loader will close and ask for a restart. Click "Yes".
5. After the restart, run the loader as administrator again, select the game on the left and click "Launch".
6. When the loader closes, remove the flash drive and launch the game right away.

Common errors
ESP is offset from enemies — set the Windows display scale to 100% and restart the cheat and the game.
ESP turns off after a while — disable the Windows page file, restart and launch again.
The menu won't open — restart, set the game to bordered windowed mode, download a fresh loader with your key, sync the time and restart your router.
Couldn't connect to the server — check the time and time zone. If that doesn't help, connect a VPN to a CIS country (Russia is best) and keep it on while playing.
The loader only works via VPN (Ukraine, Europe) — download the loader for your region: mason.orion-security.pro/launcher.
The required WebView2 Runtime could not be found — install Microsoft WebView2 Runtime and restart.
Failed to load a driver — repeat the preparation, uninstall FACEIT, Vanguard and similar programs, empty the Recycle Bin and the Temp folder, then restart.
Failed to get ready Signal / Failed Signal — restart and launch the game right after the loader closes.
Injection error — uninstall FACEIT/Vanguard and your antivirus, clear Temp and restart; if it keeps happening, launch via a VPN to a country near Russia.
Failed to register service — your Windows build is not supported; check it against the requirements.

Initialization error — download a new loader with your key, move the file to drive C: and try again.
